Company might have been good 6 years ago based on reviews of people that dealt with "Rich". I've been dealing with "Brian". The communication, timeliness and response is horrible. Could not get my design right after multiple attempts and then went silent once paid, did not respond for weeks. Go through a 3rd party like paypal to ensure you get your money back in case this happens to you. I've never left a negative review, but I feel like we got scammed and I don't want this to happen to others! We ordered & paid for our product in Nov 2025, were told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. We made repeated attempts to get updates on production and shipping and were told "its with production, should ship next week, tracking is coming soon..." week after week. We finally asked for a refund 2 months later, and are now being strung along there, too. I do not expect to receive boxes or a refund.
