Artwork & designs look great online, but please update your information. Showed up to shop and saw a “by appointments only sign”. Though I laughed and loved the “ring a bell and win a dog” sign on the door. Would’ve loved to stop in and see your work.
We have had several great experiences with Mike from Clawhammer. He has sold us his beautiful artwork for our home, he has created a mini gallery in our business displaying his art and he has organized musical community events that benefit our ears and our environment. He is passionate about art, music and being a good human.
I love the Clawhammer Press! They have a fantastic selection of witty, original and beautifully designed prints that make perfect gifts for house-warming, birthdays, any occasion really. I'm also lucky enough to enjoy Michael Hepher's public works of art on a daily basis - his mural and sculpture in Fernie have added colour and richness to the Downtown core.
This business is a gem of the Elk Valley, Michael is an incredibly skilled printmaker and teacher. I absolutely recommend his workshops (beginner and advanced) as well as his prints - they feature very local subject matter and are of the highest quality
