He took the time to clearly explain my tax situation, which is more complex than a typical case, and walked me through the research that had been completed. I was gathering resources to share with another person and Christian was able to provide some guidance with the decision-making process to resolve some particular tax issues. He was able to provide this free of charge since there is no guarantee of the outcomes and there isn't anything more to lose so I was appreciative of his resources regardless. Really appreciated his time and patience to talk this through over the phone- no appt needed.
