I can't thank John enough for his assistance. I had an urgent matter. John showed compassion and kindness related to my issue. He listened to my concerns and was very quick to assist me. He was leaving for a trip and was upfront that he couldn't immediately assist me. That did not stop him from pulling up the paperwork related to my issue, provide advice and recommend an excellent attorney that could assist. Mr. Claussen was there for us during an extremely difficult time. He was always encouraging, professional, and caring. He spoke to us on the phone directly - not through an assistant or paralegal - that helped us feel heard and understood. There were times it felt difficult to get a hold of him and his response to emails felt way too delayed but I imagine that was because he is so busy.
