Some of the worst service from any CPA I’ve received. They nickel and dime you for every phone call, even when it’s about mistakes they made and need to correct. You pay for their failures. They’re slow and unresponsive. It took them an entire month, off-season mind you, to deliver a simple set of tax forms. I also have to be the one to CONSTANTLY follow up and remind them of orders.
