Brian & Adam are two absolute gentlemen to deal with. If we could give more star ratings we would. Brian went above & beyond to make sure we had the bike we ordered for Christmas delivered in time. Outstanding service, the lads went above and beyond to help me get my bike working even after they had closed during a holiday visiting family. They had a great selection of bikes for all ages there also. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Our daughter is Autistic and has a learning disability. Last week we took her to Claudy Cycles to choose a new bike, the time, care and attention that Brian gave to her and her needs was second to none. She left the shop with a huge smile on her face, as did we. I can’t recommend Claudy Cycles enough, from the selection of bikes and accessories to the amazing customer service. Brilliant!
