Great service, great staff. I don't know how they do it with all the customers they have, but they always remember my name. When the staff smiles and greets you, it is genuine, not the fake BS at some other banks. Note: This review is for the Seaside branch. The Astoria branch is nice too, but there's one old lady there who is just a witch.
Great small town Bank atmosphere with professional and personal service
Our friends and family will never use ATM or the bank ever again, there ATM barely works and now it is eating debit cards. Which wouldn't be a problem but since there rules are not there to help people but to keep there cards when they are eaten. The manager was super rude said they will only return cards if you bank there. Then I asked if I had the police prove that I am who I say I am would that help they manager lady freaked out on me then hanged up on me. Worse service and very unprofessional management.
