Please consider another laser hair removal spa. I paid over $800 back in February (it is now the end of August) for laser services that do not work and services I never received. They canceled my appointments three times, and when I finally asked to receive a refund they refused. Extremely unprofessional. DETAILS: Their only working esthetician was out on maternity leave so I had to wait two months to continue my laser hair removal treatments (paid for 16, only received 3).
