I can't figure these people out. Are they opened for business, or not? They had very few things in their store. I couldn't find anything for my daughter for Timpanogos Academy. I asked if they were getting anything else in, and they said said they weren't going to order anything. I asked if they were still in business and they said "yes." ? Weird place.
Classy has always been great to work with. I have purchased bulk and for personal use many times for the past several years. Highly Recommend.
Great customer service, clear expectations on price and timeline for finished product. Very detail oriented. I ordered work shirts for my employees, hoodys, and professional golf style shirts for my husband and I to wear while meeting with clients. I highly recommend! They even had candy for my 2 year old when she began to have a melt down (because I was taking to long to make up my mind). There are not many company's I'd recommend, especially in Utah County. But this is one of them!
I couldn't comment on the staff or their products as no one came out to help us. We walked in and started looking for someone to help us. We called out a few times. Poked our heads in the back,.. waited... waited... called out for help...nothing. I would have browsed around to see if they had something like we were looking for but they didn't have much to look at. We left... never to return.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in this week (July 20) to pick up what I could of my daughter's school uniforms. This is her first year in school and so I have never had any experience in buying uniforms. I walked in the they didn't even acknowledge me! I kind of wandered around trying to see if I could figure out what I needed on my own since I brought a list. But Stuff was all over the place and not organized by school.
