We used this company over Labor Day weekend for a brewery tour around the south east end of Seneca Lake. They were great! The driver was super chill and flexible. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Just had one of their drivers cut me off just to get by a tractor trailer truck into a merge lane... git the whole thing on dash cam too...
Just chiming in to echo the thoughts of the other reviewers. We used them for a 5 and a half hour wine tour around Seneca Lake, and Crystal was very easy to work with to book our transportation. Our driver, Jen, was really pleasant and professional. I'd recommend them, for sure.
May 2025 set up and prepaid for airport transportation, local pick up 3:30 am on July 28th. Confirmed the pick up friday afternoon prior. Our party of 4 sat in the garage at 3:30 am with our luggage waiting until 3:50 am and had to make a last minute decision on how to get to the airport! Basically holding our suitcases in our laps. Very disappointed, we were traveling with family and this was our part of the trip to take care of. Very embarassing! Very disappointing!
