Our outdoor blinds were installed December 2025 and were faulty within 3 months. We followed up to have the repair carried out and we are still waiting for the repair to be completed in June 2026. This matter is still unresolved and now raised with Consumer Protection. The owner has also responded to this post and lied about contacting me and they have continued to ignore the Consumer Protection conciliation officer attempting to resolve this matter. Very happy with our new blinds and curtains. Good advice, good service and a great product.
Extremely happy with our gorgeous plantation blinds which have just been installed. Service was excellent, friendly and efficient including in store at the showroom, the onsite measure and quote and finally the installation. Well priced and excellent quality. Totally recommend!
Thank you Classic Windows. Violet, Vanessa and your installer. Thank you for excellent service. We love all the blinds and shutters that you have done throughout our home. There is a bit of a wait for the shutters but they do warn you of this. They are worth the wait.
