I had the misfortune to deal with an absolutely unpleasant woman. I was looking for an upholstery to cut some new foam for a set of vintage bar stools I've got. Found Classic upholstery on google, got the address and hours. The address listed was convenient and near where I was running errands. Get there and the door has a note saying appointment only, please take a card. A delivery driver rang the bell and started carting in product. Have not had any luck in a response from this business. I have called 5-10 separate times over multiple days and sent emails with zero response.
We have a Queen Anne style Lazy Boy recliner that was in sad shape. We took it to Classic Upholstery in Lacey. The results were far beyond our expectations. Celeste is so talented with her work. She used a beautiful, quality leather, replaced part of the base of the frame because it was badly soiled, and even touched up the battered legs of the chair. Extremely difficult to reach. Calls unanswered or unreturned. Initial and follow up emails unanswered. So glad I did not start a project with them as I fear my piece would currently be held hostage.
