HORRIBLE. I got married recently and my bridal party rented 12 tuxedos from here. What should have been the easiest vendor to deal with was THE WORST. Out of the 12 tuxes - 1 didn't come with a pocket square, 6 were missing a cuff link, 4 didn't fit and had to go back to the store, our Best Man's pants BROKE on the day of the wedding and had to be held up with safety pins, and one of the pairs of shoes the sole completely came off.
