I flew into Ft. Myers last week on our way to Marco Island. The Driver text me when I landed and was waiting when we got our bags. Vehicle was clean, offered us water…On our EARLY flight home, I was so nervous that maybe they wouldn’t come..Nope. Driver was in the lobby at 4:30 am. Outstanding service. What a way to make this trip even better!
If you have small children, this is NOT the transportation company for you. This company will charge you a waiting fee if you do not deplane and meet your driver within 15 minutes of your flight landing. As if traveling with two small children isn’t stressful enough, try being under a time constraint. How can you possibly be expected to deplane (from almost the last row of the plane), change two kids diapers, set up strollers, and go to the bathroom yourself within 15 minutes?!?
