I ordered 6 items and 1 arrived broken. I got through right away to customer service and they were very courteous and apologetic. I got a new one expedited to me, it arrived a few hours later. The items were of very good quality and packaged really well, but I guess those things sometimes happen with fragile pieces. Highly recommend:)
