They are the kindest people i ever met and they do a awesome job with everything I'm so glad to have such a awesome time
We called a cab to pick up 3 bicycles (and riders) from Lava Beds late on a weekend evening, after we had to abandon a ride. Service was prompt (within reason, we were 40+ miles away from Klamath Falls), and the driver found us easily. The fare was comparable with rideshare, and a vehicle was provided that met our needs (Dodge Grand Caravan Minivan). The professionalisim of the driver was unmatched, and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend using this service any time you are in the area.

The absolute WORST taxi ride I’ve experienced in my entire life. And that says a lot after traveling through 40+ countries around the world. Their nasty driver, Scott, deserved to be fired on the spot. Prior to pickup, I spoke in-person with Joseph (mechanic) at their shop and on the phone with Alyssa (dispatcher) to schedule a taxi for 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon from Lee’s Automotive, where my car was being repaired, to Cimarron Inn just 4 minutes down the road.
