I honestly believe that dispatch is specifically deceptive in their pickup time, because literally every single time I call them I'm told "about 25 minutes" (Every. Single. Time.) and the wait is over an hour. Aside from that, drivers are always on time or reasonably close if you schedule your pickup in advance and every driver I've had has been friendly and safe.
I have been a long time customer. Drivers and Dispatch are fantastic. Professional and courteous. Honest time estimates are given and their communication and accommodation is great. Thank you guys!
