Classic Residences is a wonderful retirement Village to live in. However, if the residents needs change and you have to sell your apartment, do not expect great customer service. Customer service is great when you are buying, but not when you are selling. After moving out of the apartment and handing in the keys the apartment had to go through refurbishment. That has only been completed now, 9 months later. And all the while we are paying for the weekly service fee, all the utilities, all the same fees as if someone is livin... read more
My parents lived here for over 5 years. They were happy here. Unfortunately after my father died, and my mother needed to go into care, my experience was very different. It has now been 8 months since the termination date. At the end of this week, the recommended refurbishments should be complete (we have to pay for these of course, but we had no say in the cost nor was there more than one quote given). To see the refurbishments has been an arduous process.The contract states that Keyton have 5 years to sell their apartment.... read more

Great retirement village with lots of amenities and lots of activities. Quiet and peaceful place with beautiful gardens.
