Stopped in and gathered a few cd's, 2 of which were scratched and messed up. I asked the clerk who had the phone glued to his head and on the computer the entire time I was there if he could clean them up and if he had a disc cleaner, he said no we don't have a cleaner and we can't do anything about them, leaving the damaged ones on the counter and passing the good ones to the girl at the till.
