I would try to source my supplies from a different location. These folks will be your best friend until you give them your money, There is absolutely no support, and they are beyond vulgar and rude. Extremely unprofessional. Look elsewhere.
I've been here one time, and they do have a huge inventory and are also not terrible at their prices. But I will say that I met two people there and one was very friendly and the other not so much. Just to update you on this place, my son and daughter went there at different times and said the lady there was the most disrespectful person they'd ever met to their customers and would never go back again.
The WORST customer service. The lady is extremely rude. I have never heard someone running a business talk to customers the way she does. She will also make customers stand in line and wait while she answers every call that comes in instead of placing them on hold or taking a number to call them back. Extremely unprofessional and I will never be back to this store. I will use patco pools in pikeville. They’re a breath of fresh air after speaking to the lady at classic.
I bought a pool from this company last summer 2022. I have had nothing but issues from day one with the lady and man at Classic Pools and with the contractors that she recommended . The lady there is very very rude as well as the contractors. Here it is a year later and still having issues with the pool. I would highly advise you to buy a pool somewhere else. This place is VERY dishonest and disrespectful to the customers who come in and pay a lot of money to have something nice that their family can enjoy. If you don’t want to be out of money I would highly recommend going somewhere else
