Our Little League hired this company to do the team photos. The cameras were old, out of date, and the photos were washed out and of poor quality. They were friendly, but the awkward poses, and washed out flash photography on a sunny day, were not acceptable. Luckily, my sister brought her mirrorless camera, and we got way way better photos. If youre going to charge obscene amounts for 2 jpeg sports photos, at least have professional equipment that produces quality photos. They were very friendly though.

disappointed in the picture quality of sports photos and $$.. I did the pre-order to save $ and yet I still have to pay for shipping even though I didn't hit my amount for my pre-order allowance 🙃 however they offered free shipping with a promo code (I couldn't use this promo code with my pre order promo) had to pay $5.89 for shipping. not worth it to pre order! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY AND THE FACT THAT I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MONEY

School pictures were horrible. I will never purchase or prepay. Going to try to make sure school does not use them again.

This organization is one of the worst companies for serving its customers. Year over year they receive contracts for school and sports pictures even though their customer service and ordering assistance is horrible. I wish that another company would compete so that this company can either step up or step out of this business. Repeatedly disappointed and aggravated.

Year 1: Quite possibly the worst school photos… it is actually quite comical. I can’t wait to see the whole yearbook out of focus. Year 2 update! Yearbook turned out to be a disaster! This thing is absolutely epic! Worst conglomeration of yearbook photos I have ever seen and I feel like this being year 2…I might be somewhat of an expert. Perhaps this is just high quality art in disguise as it certainly invokes plenty of emotion. Please stop using this company! Yes I am talking to you MCPS!
