This company takes school pictures for my child's school. They do a horrible job. One year they sent me pictures where it looks like my child is about to sneeze. I understand they can't help it when children make faces, but they can take more than one picture and let parents pick from maybe 3. My son this year came home on picture day and said that he saw the preview of his picture and it looked bad, and he wasn't lying. No more pre-orders from me.

Avoid these people like the plague. They suck you in with a cheap price but it will bring you panic attacks & frustration. Buckle up for a wedding horror story: Our initial photographer had to cancel a week before our wedding. It wasn’t until 24 hours before the wedding that they were able to find a replacement. Their only means of communication is through email so we went days without hearing from them until eventually threatening to lawyer up which got their butts moving. Picture speaks for itself lol! I mean, ig we’re just handing any rando, equipment these days to go around taking overpriced school photos. he insisted on wearing a shirt and tie that I stayed up ironing. He was so proud and came home. Our Little League hired this company to do the team photos. The cameras were old, out of date, and the photos were washed out and of poor quality. They were friendly, but the awkward poses, and washed out flash photography on a sunny day, were not acceptable. Luckily, my sister brought her mirrorless camera, and we got way way better photos. If youre going to charge obscene amounts for 2 jpeg sports photos, at least have professional equipment that produces quality photos. They were very friendly though.

disappointed in the picture quality of sports photos and $$.. I did the pre-order to save $ and yet I still have to pay for shipping even though I didn't hit my amount for my pre-order allowance 🙃 however they offered free shipping with a promo code (I couldn't use this promo code with my pre order promo) had to pay $5.89 for shipping. not worth it to pre order! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY AND THE FACT THAT I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MONEY
