Edited because I didn’t like the response I got from the owner. The background I can deal with but cropping the picture at the knees is wild for what we pay for. You can’t even see a megaphone and her picture looks goofy because of it. And the shadowing behind her picture is wild. Not impressed with my daughter’s cheer photo! The background was the brick wall in the gym. And the picture is cut off at the knee and just the tip of the megaphone is shown. You can’t even tell what it is in front of her. Updated: Originally I was incredibly frustrated due to the lack of communication, however, Tom reached out and rectified the issue as well as clarified what I thought was an additional charge. Classic Photo took son's PEBL pictures back in November. I paid for two team photos but when I received them, it was only one and another teams' picture. I contacted them and they stated that they would remedy the situation. I was charged an for additional picture (I've now paid for three) but again only received one photo. I've called... read more
