This company is an absolute disgrace. When a customer has to cancel 6 months in advance for an issue out of their control and not get a full refund is bad business. There is plenty of time to rent to someone else and not screw people out of money for what should be the happiest day of their lives. Not sure how this company is still operating when they treat people this way nor how you sleep at night knowing how you screw people over. This place is terrible to customers with unfortunate circumstances that come up. They treat me and my family so disrespectful and ruined my wedding experience. They are nice till they get your money but once they got you locked in your money is theirs and you’re nothing to them. Michele is not a pleasant person either to me or my mother. Out 3.2k only had it booked for ten days and the wedding is six months out. Oh well. Brides don’t use them. I’m posting on all wedding sites about these people too.

Classic Party & Equipment Rentals is not just great for parties but yard work too! Like other reviewers, we‘d give them 10 stars if we could. They had exactly what we needed to use in our yard AND at a reasonable delivery fee. From our first call to our last, the ladies at the store were a delight to talk with while getting the rental scheduled and paid for. Jessica was super sweet and patient with our questions.
