DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I recently used this service to move from NYC to Minnesota. When they picked up my boxes, they charged me an additional 100 dollars because they claimed they couldn't pull up to the building, which was inaccurate. They gave us a time frame from 9am-11am but came at 1pm. Next, we were told that my boxes would be delivered within 7-10 days, but my boxes came 17 days later. My Sister and I just moved from Howell to Montclair and we had to find movers that could take all our boxes (close to 60 of them) and all the furniture we had. We found that the BBB gave this company a satisfactory rating so we decided to go with them--- plus they offered a lower rate than many other companies we called.
