Worst customer service experience. Will even give 0 stars. They are not available to talk on phone to settle differences in payments but were able to talk on phone while booking the appointment. They overcharged me and cannot clarify things on a call. I was few minutes late for appointment and got service for the remaining time of the appointment. They charged me extra for being late for appointment. Never seen such a thing where someone didn’t provide extra service and charged extra money.

Always friendly. They never skimp on the amount of time that you get. It’s a calm environment.

Pre quoted price which also matched their website of 85.00 was a fraud. They charged me 170.00 when service was completed. They weren't even going to tell me and just bill my insurance. When I called them on it they said the increase was because insurance was being booked, I informed them that when I spoke to them they knew the circumstances and still quoted me 85.00. I was angered to know they can get away with over charging because of insurance
