I cant speak to the quality of service but as a local I often drive around the area and have the unfortunate encounter of sharing the road with whoever drives their cars (their decals are on the rear end of the black car) they drive terrible, unsafe, and are always speeding.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Worst company ever. Stay far away.
My driver Cindy Ramos is honestly the best driver ive ever had hands down, always prompt kind, and courteous. A pleasure on a daily basis.
They picked me up one hour early. I'm currently waiting on a ride to get home,been waiting 30 minutes. Tried to call the office nobody answers, mailbox full.. I'm basically stranded. Do not use this company if you have even mild anxiety.
