Would never purchase photos from Classic Image photography!!! Took pictures in august, they called and the photos were ready so I viewed the photos asked them to correct the photos that had the graduation year in it to two white numbers. I was notified the photos were ready in October went to pick up pictures and it was not done right or fixed after I emailed them.. We have found this business to be unprofessional, and disorganized this year. Our scheduled time for senior photos was unclear. We have been trying to order my daughter's senior pictures (since August) that we paid for with no luck. When we try to call, no one ever answers, even during business hours. The voice mailbox is full so we can't leave a message. We did speak with someone who gave us wrong information.
