November 14 2014: Classic Furs ruined my coat. They took it OUT OF THE COLD STORAGE (which is why I brought it to them) without telling me and hung it in a back room for quite a while where the coat became permeated with some awful incense spray (odor cover-up) that is stinking up the entire store. This noxious fume became imbedded in my coat.
