We are 20 phone calls to Jessica with a promise from multiple people (including Jessica)that she will call back. Junk recliner from the first month we had it. Jessica is ALWAYS going to get with manufacturer and call back. We have been almost 5 months waiting. Easy to buy from but that is where it ends. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
I would like to give a Zero Rating. I have been asking for an Invoice for my mom for 3 months and this company apparently refuses to send it to me. My mom is saying that there was an item placed and delivered that she repeatedly said “She didn’t want nor need” Disappointing and wondering why I can’t get an Invoice?
Jessica lies and lies and says a repair man is coming in a couple of days (four times) in 5 weeks. We called Ashley Furniture to repair the lift chair ( under warranty). We had to fill out paperwork online, we will see. DONT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!!!!! JESSICA is a Liar!!!!
Butch is awesome and helped us. We're going back for morre.
Do not buy from this company. They are very charming to get your money but will not honor the warranty. I purchased a table from Butch, it was delivered to my house. After having the table less than a week I noticed a lump in the wood. I took pictures and showed it to Butch. About two weeks later I noticed a different lump in the wood. I showed that one to Butch also. He has been telling me that a new table is coming. It's been about 7 months and I still have not gotten a new table.
