We are 20 phone calls to Jessica with a promise from multiple people (including Jessica)that she will call back. Junk recliner from the first month we had it. Jessica is ALWAYS going to get with manufacturer and call back. We have been almost 5 months waiting. Easy to buy from but that is where it ends. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
I would like to give a Zero Rating. I have been asking for an Invoice for my mom for 3 months and this company apparently refuses to send it to me. My mom is saying that there was an item placed and delivered that she repeatedly said “She didn’t want nor need” Disappointing and wondering why I can’t get an Invoice?
