We had Jack and Abbey come to our home to give us a quote on our 35 year old and very tired camelback sofa. They brought swatches for me to look at and I was able to find just the right fabric. I had an idea of what I wanted and they delivered a beautifully updated and finished piece ahead of schedule. They did such a great job, I had them reupholster a chair for me as well. Again, it turned out to be just what I had envisioned. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful to work with.

I emailed photos of a mid century thonet chair for a quote on Jan. 15th and never received a reply. So I can't leave a review about the end result. However, customer service needs some attention.
Asked for a quote on a 3-piece sectional with ottoman. Pictures provided via text. What I would like to believe they thought was their "Professional Opinion" came off very condescending and unprofessional. I was asked about the original ticket price of item, which I was skeptical about but answered anyway to see where the line of questioning was going.
