Great experience finding a e-bike that does everything I need
I took two bikes here because one had a flat tire and I asked them to give the bikes a quick look over to make sure everything was in decent shape. I was told I would be texted if there was to be any additional expense before approving the quote. I never got any text and 9 days later I was told they were ready for pickup. Appearantly the "quick look over" meant give both bikes a full level 1 service (whatever that even includes, because I'd didnt notice any changes at all) then tried to charge me $130 PER BIKE. the bikes are... read more
