It’s not just that Paul is the best bike wrench anywhere around here. It’s that that both he and Jaime are such nice, helpful, chill people who dedicate their time to anyone who walks through their door to just look at bikes, bring one in for repair, or buy some bike accessory. Zero pressure or attitude; all attention to what someone needs or is interested in, in the way of bikes. This is our local neighborhood bike shop with a super knowledgeable bicycle enthusiast who knows bikes inside out.

2024 edit (5 years later): I've been back with a family member recently. The new location is really nice and we had a normal retail experience with people who know their stuff and helped the family member find the right part. Original review: Not sure why people like this store so much. They do sell bikes and I bought one. Never would again. Prices? high. Service? mixed, but mostly surly. If you want the thrill of shopping High Fidelity as a bike shop, go for it.
