Great bike shop with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have done a great job servicing my fleet. The bikes on display are also of fun!

2024 edit (5 years later): I've been back with a family member recently. The new location is really nice and we had a normal retail experience with people who know their stuff and helped the family member find the right part. Original review: Not sure why people like this store so much. They do sell bikes and I bought one. Never would again. Prices? high. Service? mixed, but mostly surly. If you want the thrill of shopping High Fidelity as a bike shop, go for it.
