These folks are so kind! Great taste in bikes and accessories + excellent service. Glad to have them around.
2024 edit (5 years later): I've been back with a family member recently. The new location is really nice and we had a normal retail experience with people who know their stuff and helped the family member find the right part. Original review: Not sure why people like this store so much. They do sell bikes and I bought one. Never would again. Prices? high. Service? mixed, but mostly surly. If you want the thrill of shopping High Fidelity as a bike shop, go for it.

Since it is not clear from the reviews that are a few years old, this place does not rent bicycles anymore.
