Absolutely atrocious. Worst taxi company I have ever come across
I got treated disrespectful from caller no business from me anymore goodbye also a message to the dispatcher today of 8/24 I ask a simple question about something you gave me a disgusting additude and you just hung up on me nice going jerk lets see how long you last at youre job goodbye 👋 I wont be doing service anymore you charge to much anyways
Very rude and true so long to pick you up and take you where you need to go
I have currently been waiting 45 minutes since I got off work at 6:15 AM this morning. And the driver has not shown up, nor called. The dispatcher is uncooperative and refuses to give me an approximate time that the driver will arrive. Suffice, to say I will never be using classic cab of leominster again
