Terrible customer service - after two weeks they hadn’t filled my order. Didn’t answer multiple emails. Final managed to cancel my order over the phone. What a shame.
Stay away from this company - at least for online shopping. They take your money without deliver the goods. They do not pick up phone calls, They do not reply to emails. Just thieves.
Like others on here, I have placed an order, paid and not received all of the products that I ordered. Most of the order went smoothly and I was happy. Mushroom ventilators from Davey were on backorder. Leon mailed me to tell me he had them. Then they basically went dark. I have been sending repeated mails replying to their mail asking about the status of my order. Limited responses from quite a while ago. I have sent 4 mails since July 4 and have had *ZERO* response.
