I had a terrible experience at this Med-Spa 3125. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to be told they wouldn’t honor it because I didn’t have a hard copy of a coupon — even though they clearly had all my information and the coupon details in their system. It made no sense. Why offer digital deals if you’re going to act like it’s 1995? The staff was rigid and dismissive, offering zero flexibility or understanding.
