Opened an account 11/28/25 and will be closing the account this Dec 2025 after only a few weeks of having it. I can’t get into my online account. I created a new profile and it’s coming back linked to someone elses phone number. I can’t access my own money. We will be closing this account and sticking with Wells Fargo. This would never happen with them.
Only downside to doing business here is they are not open on the weekends.
Absolutely have to love small-town banks and the genuine customer service they provide!
