THIS GUY'S A P.O.S. CROOK. After waiting over a year and hearing one excuse after another I called it quits and picked up my truck from the 3rd location he moved to in a year. My first test drive I found he charged me for work he said he did, but never even touched it. The interior work looked like a 3rd grader did it. The the new carpet was installed completely wrong and the hole for the shifter was cut so big the boot didn't cover it. Had to remove and replace that. I traded richard a truck to do a engine swap on a camaro. I payed him cash for wheels and tires a fuel tank and gauges Almost a year and half later he was not finished. I had to get police involved to get my car back with just a motor sitting in it . No new rims and tires. When i got there he told me to load it up and get out of there. I found out he had done this to quite a few people. I have a lawyer and im pushing to get him minimum 10 years in prison
Richard sold me a transmission that was supposed to bolt up to my vehicle. Unfortunately it doesn’t, and he was notified one day after the purchase. When I asked for a refund, we scheduled a time for that Thursday at 11am. When I arrived back at his shop the gate was locked and nobody was there. Oddly enough, the phone number for his shop is no longer in service, and everything he has is listed for sale on fb and Ig. Brought a couple of my vehicles here to Classic and had outstanding restoration service on both. Richard is a real good guy and stands by his work. Very skilled, detailed and knowledgeable. If my wife let's me get another project, I will definitely be hiding it out at Classic 😁🙌👏👏
