Great business that's been established in southbury for over 20 yrs... most bike shops don't last that long around this area.. prices are a little more than the internet but you can't expect a local owned business to compete.. so definitely go check them out and buy a bike!!!
Super staff! Nobody had my Thule parts in the whole USA but these guys. Dan help check that it was the correct parts. Then dropped it off at USPS within an hour to get them out to me. Life saver.
Awesome group who really helped me find a new ride for a few weeks of road biking, and shipping the bike out of state when I needed it. Helped with some extra service as well. Great group.
This review is meant for Andrea Myers rather than the shop (although they did give me a couple free seltzer waters so they're pretty cool too). I've had a fit issue for years that I could never sort out despite trying half a dozen saddles, pricey bib shorts, and numerous bike fits. After two one hour sessions with Andrea (one PT evaluation, and later a bike fit) she solved all my issues and set me up with an amazing bike fit. In five years of cycling I had no idea bikes could actually be comfortable. She is worth every penny... read more
