my Surface Pro 9 was about 2 moths out of warranty and had an inoperable screen after it had been jammed and bent (by me) into a backpack. The MicroSoft repair agents were not interested and provided zero assistance. Last stop were the lads at Class Broadway who replaced the screen in the requisite time, it's now working perfectly. I'm very happy!
