The absolute worse experience EVER in a retail environment. They heard you like cattle out front in the heat for hours. After you are admitted expect another long wait. We disputed an incorrect charge and were eventually told it would be removed. Three months later our credit report plummeted 375 points because we did not pay the bill in question. Avoid at all costs!
