Great services and friendly, professional staff who are really dedicated to what they do.
They have an office space in West Footscray amongst residential apartments. Nothing but junk on the balcony, loutish behaviour by staff as early as 7:30 in the morning, cleaners making noise at midnight banging and clanging without a respect for neighbours, and no one responds to concerns raised. I am a Support Coordinator in a country town and had a participant move to Melbourne, so I was unable to be on the ground to assist in person. I had a great experience with Claro, Suzie the accommodation officer I worked with to help find my participant a home was fantastic. Suzie's communication and follow through was very open and efficient as we worked together to find a great fit. Absolutely disgusting support ive ever seen, disgusting actions towards their own employees absolutely disgusting and honestly absolutely horrible customer support. Wouldn't recommend. If i could give a 0 star, i would have done so!
