I cannot say enough positive things about the Admissions Director at this facility. From the very beginning, she was welcoming, compassionate, professional, and extremely helpful. She made what can often be a stressful and emotional admission process feel much easier and more comfortable for both the resident and their family. My daughter was in a severe accident and I am very pleased with the care, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff in Clarksville. I have seen the performance of other care facilities when my mom was ill and I am very thankful that she was in Clarksville.
