This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Dominiqe kept giving me the runaround. Told me my chair would be in multiple times. Finally had to report it as fraud to our credit card company in order to get a refund.

We ordered a mattress from this store. The mattress was to be delivered three separate times. The first time after it wasn’t delivered, I called and asked where it was. After a few hours, my call was returned and it was explained to me that the mattress was at the Nashville warehouse and would need to be picked up. We were then told the mattress would be delivered a few days later. Well that day rolls around and no mattress or call, yet again. Friendly hometown store!!!! Had a great experience here!!!! Read some reviews that were pretty nasty! Some people are very rude and hateful!!! I myself was a small business owner and know how difficult things can be starting out and for those negative people shame on you!!! Most bad reviews talked about not getting orders on time well let me say that sometimes you are at the mercy of the freight companies not to mention the factories or warehouses where you orders are coming from.
