Yesterday my husband purchased a sweater but before doing so he tried on several others. I have to complement the young member of staff, Errin for her professionalism and patience. She searched through the store and even removed a sweater from the window display for him to try. We were both impressed with her interaction in conversation with us. , her smile and her bright and happy demeanour. She made us feel that no effort was too much.
