The store is always clean and neat. The employees are extremely friendly. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. The manager Steve as well as the employees Chris and Michael are extremely nice very courteous and respectful and go out of their way to help everybody make sure they get what they need when they come in.

Absolute horrible service. Virginia needs to learn to do her job in Kanawha City
Horrible place to work for. The manager Steve powerplays his employees who are too scared of losing their jobs or losing -more- hours for speaking up to him. The company really needs to investigate this place deeply for mistreatment but sadly the employees likely won't speak up because they need their jobs. I've watched first hand how some of the employees are treated and it disgusts me.
