I had the misfortune of being told I had to tap off and then Tap back on again as the bus was at end of trip or I would be charged $2.50. This is incorrect. I have never been charged more than 50c whether staying on at end of trip or not. Perhaps the drivers need to be educated about this.

One of the worst services I've ever had to experience. 563 bus always seems to be problematic in the morning. And there's no company that is attached to them that want to take accountability, either translank or clacks ..... Absolutely disgusting service

This should be called Unreliable Bus Service. I would give this ZERO star if possible. The Schedule is the worse timetable that Translink has ever come up with. Logan Bus Service is the most unreliable bus service across the three major transportation services in South East Queensland. Lacks significant time management; cancelled services update past service times, frequent delays, no set route to get to the south east busway (a tour of Logan suburbs).
