Two years after going to human rights lawyers for a breach of disability access, we are still encountering issues with drivers. One refused passage a couple of weeks ago, simply because he didn't want to lower the ramp that particular day. Left my 79 year old mother abandoned on the side of the road. It's impossible to contact the managers. Promises of return calls and no-one gets in contact. Today, another issue. My mum had to wait whilst more able bodied people got on first. Not good for an elderly, frail woman. Do better.

4102 School service will not stop to pick up kids on Broadwater Rd or Mt Gravat Capalaba Rd. Translink journey planner says that these are scheduled stops but no matter how hard my son tries to hail them down they just drive past him. He has given up and using the 180 and 186 services now to get to Clairvaux. We have spoken to Clarks twice now, but they have done nothing to fix this. I would advise others to do the same as Clarks buses are just too unreliable.

I was driving with my 15 yr old daughter in the passenger seat of my car at 3 47pm on Tuesday 21st October and the driver of the bus was pulling in with the indicator on to get onto logan river road from a merging lane on the left to the left lane on logan river road. Once on the left lane he kept his indicator on, by this time I was halfway past the bus length.
