I took my phone in only to have the screen replaced. Before bringing it in, my phone worked perfectly. I paid $220 for the screen replacement and initially thought everything was fine. Shortly after leaving, my phone began power cycling every three minutes. When I brought it back, I was told the issue was my battery. I then paid another $150 for a new battery. My son's PS5 has been in their care for a month and I’m being told to wait another week just to fix an HDMI port. When I called for an update, I was met with a terrible attitude. I was told they needed to check with UPS because there was supposedly an accident, and that the package may have been sent to one of their other locations.
