I took my phone in only to have the screen replaced. Before bringing it in, my phone worked perfectly. I paid $220 for the screen replacement and initially thought everything was fine. Shortly after leaving, my phone began power cycling every three minutes. When I brought it back, I was told the issue was my battery. I then paid another $150 for a new battery. My son's PS5 has been in their care for a month and I’m being told to wait another week just to fix an HDMI port. When I called for an update, I was met with a terrible attitude. I was told they needed to check with UPS because there was supposedly an accident, and that the package may have been sent to one of their other locations. The one and only electronics repair shop you will need! I wish I had someone to tell me this before I wasted my money on other shops in the area that are better at ripping you off than electronic repairs. Mr. Clark and staff were professional, knowledgeable, and had my repair done in a timely manner. I will most definitely be using them in the future for all my electronic needs.
I dropped my iPhone 14 Pro Max and it busted the back up pretty good. Mr. Clark replaced the housing on my phone and it looks brand new! He is very friendly, honest and reliable! I had previously taken my phone to another repair shop for a quote, they said it would take two weeks for the part and unsure of the repair. Mr. Clark ordered the parts the same day I came in for the quote. Horrible customer service don’t expect any professionalism. Disclosed he was on hydros without me asking or caring, slapping female employee bottom infront of customers and mixes up a lot of business done over the phone. Save your time and money go to assurion he may try to strong arm u out your money.
