After my legal aid application was approved. I emailed their office asking if they take legal aid cases. They responded with an affirmative answer. Their instructions in the email are unclear, so I phoned them after they didn’t respond my second email for a week. The person answering the phone, Filipe, was extremely condescending and unhelpful. We had a consultation with this immigration company today and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I have some problem with clarke immigration agent .my name khushbuben hardikkumar pate .my spouse visa immigration process done by clarke immigration and recently I received a letter from ircc that my biometric instruction letter send on 3/06/2025 but actually we don't receive any BIL letter and I have few days for biometric submission and clarke's agent is not giving proper guidance and they not do any other step so that we reissued BIL from ircc and we out come from this type of situation. I do not recommend having consulation from them because they do not provide much information ad not much helpfull as compared to what they charge.
