The fact that "Jessica" left a review bashing several people tells me that most likely those people are telling the truth and Jessica" is probably a person employed at that location...so unprofessional.

I left one star because I had to choose something. As if filing bankruptcy is not humiliating enough, I have spoke to everyone at their office, gotten emails from an attorney that is not even the attorney I've spoken to on the phone. I spoke to a paralegal who was very nice but sounded like a valley girl cheerleader - this is someone's life and speaking to an adult would be nice. After four years of being in a Chapter 13, I am very close to the end of case. With me wanting to end without problems, of course I have many questions that I need to have answered. I was contacted by Attorney Chris Kiefer via email. Rather than he attempt to answer the questions, all of his responses have been rude and condescending. How is that fair for a Client who is only seeking answers for his own case?

Wonderful experience start to finish - highly recommend!! They were detailed on all of their information, requests and very comforting, honest and kind throughout the entire process. I couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Would not use them, they tell you nothing but LIES! THEY HAVE DESTORIED OUR LIVES WITH ALL THERE LIES. If I could give a 0 I would. They do not follow through with what they tell you.

Teresa, Elain E., anonymou A., terry B...everything each of said is false. Half the people who file bankruptcy have no idea what they are doing. They explain everything to you plain and simple from when you start to when you finish. If there was a confussion in your case it's highly likely that it was something you messed up on and failed to go about it the right way. Don't trust them. After case is discharged they don't send you any notices from people that were in your plan. Because they didn't mail us anything the bank that holds our mortgage raised our payment, and we were not aware of it and now facing a foreclosure because we weren't paying the increase that we were never notified of.

My wife and I would recommend Clark & Washington to anyone in financial disarray. We got a case number right away and paid $0 down. Financial freedom from our past debts has given us a fresh start.

No your rights as a consumer. Keep in mind that these attorneys are providing a service for a fee, and your best interest is not necessarily their concern. Do not agree to pay one penny until your bankruptcy is final because though your payments are going to the Trustee, if you decide to dismiss your case due to attorney(s) (I had 4 different attys!) incompetency, they will get paid first from the Trustee.
