Very frustrating!! They sent my case over for me to sign and it was missing debts and was incorrect names. They said they would fix it but instead they closed the case. Now I have a judgment filed against me.

A mi me llevaron un caso que comenzó cambié de trabajo les notifiqué a ellos y sólo solían decir todo estaba bien a lo lago me manda una carta de 1040 dlrs que debía llamó me dicen que me van a regresar la llamada y que no me preocupe después me mandan un mensaje diciendo que a sido dissmisin x falta de pago si ellos me dijeron que todo estaba bien son personas sin escrúpulos ninguno no te contestan las llamadas hay una mujer que se cree la abogada y es un retorcida anormal que no te deja hablar definitivamente no recomiendo... read more

This is the worst place to use to file for a chapter 7 bankruptcy case. They will take your money, and not call you back if you have concerns, and if you set up payment arrangements they will not honor this, and will dismiss your case without your knowledge. ALSO, when you call billing department, and tell them the concern, and they locate where the payment arrangement was setup, they will not resolve anything, she hung up on us!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNORGANIZED company!
