This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL UNORGANIZED law office I think I have ever seen. Tried to file a chapter 13 with Ashley Batts and when the court date came we're told that our case had already been dismissed because we didn't make a payment. We only didn't make a payment because we weren't informed about ANYTHING - such as when payments were due!! We have tried calling and either get no response or get a "we will call you back" and then never get a call. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!! Really wish someone had warmed ... read more

Clark & Washington has been so good at helping me through all of this and i appreciate all the help i have recieve from eveyone. Very nice office and located in a great area.
